Absolutely atrocious company. Please avoid as all the reviews on their website are fake. No customer service their attutude is they are doing you a favour wgen uou buy from them and I will be reporting them to trading standards for their practices which are against consumer law. Beware!
Had a perfect experience with this company, was very impressed with how detailed and easy to use their website was, my order arrived really quickly and I also really love the products! Can't ask for much more really! Highly recommended :-)
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.I purchased 2 packs of tape extensions and had them professionallyfitted by a hair stylist at a salon. The stylist has had the appropriate training and experience in using tape extensions. I am now writing this review 7 DAYS LATER after I had no choice but to have the hair extensions removed due to the awful dry condition of the hair and the irritation they had caused to my scalp. The hair was dry and looked and felt synthetic and the colour faded after one wash. I have worn extensions of many kinds for several years and have NEVER experienced such poor quality of hair.... THEY LASTED 7 DAYS!I contacted studio 58 with my complaint andI am truly disappointed with their response. It was an aggressive and unnecessary response to a perfectly reasonable complaint I had regarding their product. I did not feel that quoting terms and conditions (which do under law have to be fair andreasonable and therefore are not to be used as absolute fact)to a customer is an appropriateway of dealing with a general complaint. I feel they alienate their clients and make it impossible to resolve issues which arise with the product. If this issue was resolved I am sure that I, and my hair stylist would have continued to use their product, however, they have now lost several long term customers due to their poor customer service and robotic response to my complaint.
**Do not buy from this company**. The website looks good but when the hair I ordered arrived it had lots of black/dark strands of hair in it, and I ordered blonde hair so this was no good. When I spoke to the owner all he said was if I do not like it then to send it back and he refused to refund the postage I paid. So even though they had sent me poor quality hair I was the one who had to be out of pocket. Very poor customer service and bad hair. Please don't waste your time.
I would never again use this company for hair orders. Ordered my clients colour which we ordered 3 months prior and was amazing the colour was matched perfectly and the condition was great, then I received her second set of colour 60 and they were white/yellow about 3 hades lighter then the colour ring I bought from them. When I called to advise them of this, and offered to send a picture i was told not to bother because it matched the colour ring they had there) I was also told my colour ring could fade - in my opinion fading would entail my ring fading lighter not darker!!!!! It was quite obviously the wrong colour sent in error or they have changed there supplier and trying to get away with it. I nearly lost a client due to this and was very displeased with the way I was spoken to. Would not use again!
