Suzanne provided the flowers for my wedding last weekend - I was absolutely delighted with the service and the finish. I had stacked fishbowls as my centre piece and the way Suzanne filled them created a stunning look which many guests complimented and photographed. I found Suzanne online for my wedding in the Cotswolds. I liked her because she was very down to earth and told me her honest opinions without trying to oversell. Suzanne created beautiful button holes and brides, bridesmaids and flower girls bouquets for our wedding in December. Suzanne was great from our first meeting until our last, she really listened to what I wanted and was more than happy for me to be sending messages and pictures as and when I saw something that I liked to help convey what I was looking for. Was unfortunately very disappointed with this service. I turned up on my wedding day to see my centerpieces had arrived with completely different colored flowers to what was confirmed several times beforehand. I had asked for ivory, pale pink and pale peach colours and specifically white hydrangeas in the centrepieces but they turned up with RED hydrangeas in and several of them were dead. I also ordered and paid for flowers for the bridesmaids hair and they were nowhere to be seen on the day, also paid for a large flower arrangement in an earn for the signing table and what turned up was a bog standard bunch of flowers in a normal glass vase. I have had no response in regards to these errors, not even an apology or explanation- would not recommend when you want to be able to trust a florist to provide what has been discussed.
