Went there for a Christmas party evening. Food was ok, usual mass produced dinners. Lack of atmosphere and Christmas decoration. Rude unhelpful staff serving out food/table, possibly a manager? Wouldn't go there again! Can't comment on the actual hotel
Location very convenient just off J14 of the M5. Only visited because I was attending a function. There were far too few bar staff working which meant lengthy queues just to order a drink. The food I was served was average at best and the following disco was very disappointing. The whole place needs an over haul and clearly needs money spending to bring it up to date.
Great ambience in a private room. Food ok, service good apart from length of time it took to bring milk for tea and coffee.
Lovely hotel which we visited for a function. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Only reason I've not given it 5 stars is due to the price of the food and drink, was pretty darn expensive compared to similar places we've visited.
Stayed for five nights on business had a comfortable stay room was reasonably well appointed would have been great if there was a mini fridge. The toilet seat lid refused to stay up without being held and the window catch was almost falling off. Staff were nice ans friendly.Bar food was very good.Breakfast was excellentSadly the restaurant was a real let down the same limited menu all week, overpriced with ridiculously small portions. However I would be happy to stay again.
