I bought a pair of slippers for a friend for Christmas. They were too small, not just a little bit too small, but actually, I think, incorrectly sized. I emailed the company four times and they have not even bothered to reply to my messages. In the end I gave up and kept the slippers, as they fit me, but CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS and I would certainly never order anything from this company again. To just ignore repeated email messages is rude and extremely unprofessional. If I could give no stars at all I would!

Customer service non existent and correspondence very blunt.
